Join us for a festive May 17th celebration with a traditional buffet and breathtaking views – true Norwegian national romanticism at its finest.
We offer a classic and tasty buffet featuring both hot and cold dishes, as well as dessert.

- 10:00-11:00: Fresh pastries and beverages
- 11:00-14:00: May 17th buffet
- 14:00-16:30: Pizza, baked goods, and beverages
- 17:00: Last gondola ride down

Cold dishes:
- Homemade roast beef, cured meats, local cheeses, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs. mussels and shrimp, Skagen salad and other traditional small dishes.
Hot dishes:
- Fresh, seasonal fish, slow-roasted beef
Vegetarian options:
- Cauliflower soup, baked vegetable gratin, potatoes, green beans.
Children's menu
- Pizza and hot dog
Dessert:
- Something sweet to end the meal, served with freshly brewed coffee – just as it should be on May 17th.
